Thanksgiving really reminded me why I hate my family and why I suffer from depression and crippling insecurity. By Friday I wanted to go back to my apartment. There's one member of my family that I've decided to "cut loose". For my own sanity and mental health, I am distancing myself emotionally from them. I just can't handle their attitude and the way this person treats me and basically, I just won't deal with them anymore.
In other news, my parents will be leaving for Nigeria this Friday. My parents will go first along with some other members of our extended family. Then my two brothers and I will follow on the 19th and then my sister on the 21st. All the preperations for this trip are just cementing within me that I do NOT want to go. I am SO not looking forward to it. Dare I say? I am dreading this trip. Boo.
I finally got my new tv. It was shipped from freeflatscreens.com and arrived here on Wednesday. Of course I was already on my way home for Thanksgiving so I didn't get it in my room until yesterday.
Let me tell y'all, this tv? Is fucking huuuge. It's really, really big. I mean damn. 27". I didn't realize it'd be soooo big. I'll post pictures later.
