Breakfast:
1 hard boiled egg / 70 cal
1 8 oz blueberry kefir / 160 cal

Lunch:
(1) 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub on 9 grain honey oat w cucumbers & pickles / 380 cal
1 serving Light & Fit Dannon Strawberry yogurt / 80 cal

Dinner:
1/2 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas) / 35 cal
1 chicken breast / 120
1 tbsp Mojo marinade / 10 cal

Snack:
1 cup Special K Red Berry / 110 cal
1 cup non-fat milk / 90 cal

Total calories eaten: 1055

I wasn't as hungry today and finding out that my calories were waaay under my target, I was so stoked to have a bowl of cereal as a snack after dinner while Chris and I attempted to watch Netflix.
