Diet - Day 3

Today has been the best day so far.  I ate my cereal for breakfast and didn't really feel hungry again until lunch time.  When lunchtime came, I ate my sandwich at my desk while going over some reports and enjoyed my Diet Dr. Pepper.  I can't believe it, but I was absolutely stuffed after my little sandwich.  I don't remember the last time I got full from a little homemade sandwich and I felt really satisfied, too.  Today has by far been the easiest day.

My doctor said to distribute my calories as follows: Breakfast: 200 cal / Lunch 300 cal / Dinner 700 cal but I just can't seem to eat that many calories at dinner!!  The dinners I make are usually healthy, it's breakfast and lunch that I fuck up on.  I'm going to adjust my calories to find something that works.

Breakfast:
8 oz Special K Red Berry / 110 cal
8 oz non-fat milk / 90 cal

Lunch:
2 slices wheat bread / 160 cal
6 slices Hillshire Farms Chicken Breast / 60 cal
3 tsp dijon mustard / 15 cal
Lite Cherry Yogurt / 130 cal
Diet Dr. Pepper / 0 cal

Dinner:
Salmon Filet / 121 cal
10 stalks Asparagus /  27 cal
1/2 cup Rice / 90 cal

Total: 803

I'm weighing myself at mom's today, even though I already got weighed on Monday.  I'm going to weigh myself and take my measurements every week so that I can track my progress with charts and graphs and whatnot.  This is all very exciting.  Dieting isn't that hard after all.  It's just a matter of cutting out all my boredom-snacking, I guess.
