so about the updating..
hehe so even with the best of intentions I still manage to go over a month between updates!
But to recap what's been going on with me. just over a month ago I had the oportunity to start a new job, full time with a company I have been associated with for a couple years now. I am now at Alderney Landing, working into the position of Box Office Manager, and come the end of the summer I will be filling the position of one of the ladies in the office when she goes on maternity leave, which will be Art Gallery Co-ordinator.
It sounds pretty fancy, but it doesn't feel it, it just feels good and natural. I don't know too much about the Art Gallery yet, but I'll learn! And I know that I'll be here at least a year in August, which is good. After that we'll see if they let me leave, or what they can offer me!
Other than that, looking into places for September for Lenny and I... I want to dream big and buy a place, but I know it's unrealistic at this point... damn money! and for the same reason I also won't be getting a car in the near future, which is sort of sad... but what can you do? Metro Transit isn't that bad most days!
So that's that for now... now that I'm at the computer every day with work I will do what I can to update this more... until then!
