Listening to dub at work does not make for a very productive day .. maaaan :D

I'm just a little bit floaty while feeling very sore.

Today is a rest day (from exercise) and I damn well deserve it after last night :)

Back to the lazy groove ... it's good to file to I guess!

So back in late January I accepted a 3 month temp role that I ended up loving. So far the job has been extended twice, with my new finish date looking like mid-July. Good good ( Read more... )

Work is good. Life is good (for the most part - brother and SIL notwithstanding)

Exercise is good. Food is BAD (actually my lack of willpower is bad but let's not get into semantics shall we?)

I do have a new favourite show though and I think I deserve promotional residuals.

So our only indigenous dancer Sermsah didn't make it to the Top 12 of So You Think You Can Dance (Aus). I so wanted him to go further. He was an emotional favourite and he proved so much to so many :)

At least I can go to the (Australian) website and not find out who the winner is by accident :P

Gym tonight was excellent! I am back on form and starting to increase reps after indulging in too much food over Christmas. It's almost 3 months since I joined and have really only averaged twice a week so visible improvements are slow ... the newfound strength is great though ( Read more... )
