To be fair, I wasn't that good. But I don't think I'll be teaching now.

All of a sudden, I get this notice that a lecturer will be coming to observe my teaching...this week!

I haven't done too well in my two lessons today. And last time, I got very bad ratings from both the visiting lecturer and my associate teachers.

After my lesson today went well (in my opinion), I feel better about myself as a teacher. After reading these stories about teachers which the TVTropes contributers had, I am even more confident about myself. Or at least feel that I can't be that bad. Lab class on acids and bases with a bunch of 14 year old students actually went pretty well. Probably because I wrote myself a script beforehand.

The downside is that my lesson preparation takes ages. :D

Also, one of the boys carved his name into the freakin' soap.
