Five reasons why I'm happy
Reason 1: There's a Beatles concert next Saturday!!! Yes, I am fully aware of the fact that the Beatles are dead (or at least half of them). The Icelandic Symphony is going to play Beatles songs. When I was asked if I'm planning on going there, I replied: "I would go, even if I had to rob a bank." Too bad I don't have money. Somehow I'll have to talk my dad into inviting me or something.
Reason 2: Alda's and Lísa's birthday is on the 26th of May - two days before mine. So we had the idea of celebrating our birthdays together and have one party instead of three. Lísa or Alda(don't quite remember) suggested that we could go to a summer house and spend three days there from the 26th to the 28th of May. This is a very good idea because there isn't enough room for all our friends in our homes. Lísa had to ask her father's family reeeaaaally nicely if we could use their summer house. And we got permission!! YAY!!! Why can't it be May already?! Argh!
Reason 3: I watched Monty Python's "Meaning of Life" at Lísa's house last Friday. Funny movie! My favourite part was the surrealistic scene. When I got home, I kept annoying my family by saying: "It went wherever I did go." And laughing like a maniac.
Reason 4: Was at Alda's house yesterday and found out that her neighbourhood has a strange influence on me because every time I walk from the bus stop to her house, I talk to myself with a British accent. Even though I had to get up early today, I stayed until midnight. María and Lísa were there too. We talked about love, the future, the past, school, the Beatles and more.
Reason 5: I skived P.E. today. Heeheehee...
