For my birthday my parents gave me two tickets to the Wine 101 Class over at Cookology at Dulles Mall. On Saturday night Amy and I decided to go to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner.  There was about an hour wait, so while we were waiting we strolled through Dulles Town Center.  While doing this we stumbled across Cookology.  http://www.cookologyonline.com/  We had seen ads for this and that it was coming soon, but were not aware it had opened.

The promotions Team for the New series True Blood on HBO kicked into high gear with their Tru: Blood Beverage Commercials and all their advertising with fake merch, and the vampire websites etc...  They even got Gary Vaynerchuk from Wine Library TV to help out.
