Scones to Tea
Well, I think that I can safely say that the Scone party at the weekend was successful, and by successful I mean:
Lots of scones and clotted cream devoured
Lots and lots of Pimms and Pink Fizz drunk
Lots of nattering, talking, and general catching up
A good dose of sillyness and antics
A potential romance...
Minimum damages (only one glass)
Fairly OK hangovers in the morning.
Suprisingly large amounts of fruit eaten!
Oh yeah cool belated Bday presents: Last book in a series that I have been collecting and a set of books that I read really enjoyed and never got around to picking up. Thanks!
I had a great time and it was really nice to see people, I didn't get around to doing as much nattering but enjoyed hosting. I also discovered that it is entirly possible to goto sleep in the round chair...
I think that I might of mummbled the next one being Beer and Cheese... will need to work on a date and er selections for that one : )
