Charlie has once again been to the garage, and after doing a little more exploring, he ended up back at his old van (and makeshift office). He emerged this time with his notes on Gotham City. He can't say why he felt compelled to make Gotham his business. It's not like Gotham needed one more masked crimefighter. But he still found his way there, learning about its bad guys and good guys.
As he looks through one file in particular, he's wondering how Helena is doing. Which is probably unwise, but so was trying to help her, and that didn't stop him.
