Charlie has once again been to the garage, and after doing a little more exploring, he ended up back at his old van (and makeshift office). He emerged this time with his notes on Gotham City. He can't say why he felt compelled to make Gotham his business. It's not like Gotham needed one more masked crimefighter. But he still found his way there ( Read more... )

Ellen plans on heading into DC as soon as she goes home, but right now she could use just one more genuinely cold drink. Those are hard to come by in the Wasteland. Thankfully the Bar doesn't charge extra for the chilling; she hasn't got the caps to cover that. Once she's got her soda, she looks around for a spot to sit, and winds up wandering in the general direction of Charlie's table.

(For what it's worth, she's in her reinforced jumpsuit rather than her Chinese armor. She doesn't like risking that stuff in casual wear.)

[OOC: It's okay. I'm pretty sure they haven't met- at least, I went back over all the Vic Sage tags since March and haven't found any interactions.]

Ellen glances up and smiles. "Hi there," she says. "I'm not interrupting anything, am I?"

He is, after all, going through paperwork. And when you grow up around a physician, you get to respecting that.
