That sound you heard was the cry of a Chuck stumbling into the bar. There was a step he wasn't expecting.
Today, our hero is sporting a very spiffy pair of sunglasses. There's also a suit, because it worked best with the mission he was supposed to be on. Now he's under orders to stay put and wait for Casey and Sarah to come get him.
This is not, technically, staying put.
This is, however, squinting at the bar hehind his spyglasses to determine if this is Milliways or some other random bar. You see, the reason he's off the mission is because there was an Incident with an evil eye doctor, and Chuck's pupils are currently dilated all to hell.
