George has spent the last few days looking up interesting new drink recipes.
He has selected a few of them to share with the Bar patrons this evening.
"Tonight's specials are:
Cable Car,
Caesar,
Canadian Cherry and
Cantaloupe Dizzy."
Maybe there's something that will strike your fancy?
"What'll it be?"

"Did you run out of C's?"

"Run out of C's? Never. For you see m'lady, the seas are quite bountiful."
Ok. So it was something of a weak joke. But she's put him on the spot, hasn't she?

"I think tea tonight." A glance to the board, she added lightly after a second. "Something the has a 'D' in name of the flavor, so the one is not so alone."

"This has got to stop!" she huffs, annoyed. She wants to go out and run here instead, if she can't run on Dantooine, but she sees the sign by the door about werewolves and changes her mind. Oh well. Might as well do what a bar is meant for: drink.
She heads to the bar and notices the sign about Tonight's specials. "I'll take a... Canadian Cherry," she asks the barman. "It's the first time there's a barman since I come here," she mentions to the man.

"Aye, I hear that a lot - about folks not accustomed to seeing a bartender here. Time was, there'd be someone behind bar every night. Lately that's not always been the case. You'll often find me here, should you find yourself in the bar on a Monday night." he explains.

She looked up at his sign again. "So, what's a Canadian Cherry? I ordered blindly and have absolutely no idea what I did order."

"Many folk do just that - ordering without knowing what they're actually asking for - some get quite the surprise. So lets see if we can avoid that, shall we? A Canadian Cherry contains whiskey, cherry brandy, orange juice
and lemon juice."
He waits to see if she needs further clarification.

"No occasion in particular," he explains. "Time was, there'd be someone behind bar most nights. Lately that's not always been the case - though you'll often find me here on Mondays. It's something we're working on."
He's never seen the young woman before, so best take care of introductions.
"George Cooper, at your service."
