Torchwood, oh how I love thee, let me count the ways

1. The fluidity of the characters’ sexualities.
   
2. The dark, edgy creepiness of the whole show (interspersed with snark).
   
3. The hot lesbian make-out scene in the second episode.
   
4. Jack teaching Gwen to shoot a gun...mmm, yummy.
   
5. Hello, they have a pterodactyl!!!
   
6. The (kind of) assisted suicide scene. This was so surprisingly touching.
   
7. Tosh and Mary
   
8. The hotness of Captain Jack.
   
9. Episode 12! The Captains Jack are great. And the period setting is so cool. What a great love story!
   

I could go on and on. I love this show. I haven’t even seen the last two discs of the season. I’ll have to see how it stands the test of time and how the other seasons turn out, but this could be my new favorite sci-fi.
