Cold, too.  Ready for bed.  Did nothing today; feels strange not to do anything except sit in front of the computer and surf.

Tomorrow I'll be back at work and that will feel more normal.  I think this mini-depression comes from the buildup of activity before Christmas, and now, voila, it's all over.  Already.  Only New Year's to look forward to, ( Read more... )

This year I've gotten two great gifts.

1.  My office chair, which has saved my achin' neck...

2.  The wonderful gift of sleep from my kitty, who usually wakes me up at 7am on the dot, but blessedly let me wake up naturally at 8:30.  No noise, no nips at exposed body parts... felt him sniff my hand or foot at one point, but kept his sharp little ( Read more... )

Woke up way earlier than I wanted to.  Won't mention any culprit in particular, but he has four legs, a tail, and his favorite word, apparently, is NOW.
