First day or work went well. The people are indeed awesome. I brought donuts; there was much rejoicing.

The first several days are gonna be training, basically. This job seems easy enough. Hopefully I'll be put on the fast track to promotion and higher pay.

I took the job in San Mateo. I am a Professional Services Engineer for BigMachines. Good salary plus bonus and benefits and stock options. Great people. Awesome people. They actually sent me a wine and cracker gift basket before I accepted their offer. Them's good people ( Read more... )
