I am excited about the things I'm going to go home and do in 3.5 hours!
#1 - restart P90X, but not the whole program. Plyometrics, yes! Weight/Resistence Training, Yes! Everything else I can safely skip without feeling like I'm missing anything. Jumping around and lifting Heavy Objects, YAY!
#2 - Zucchini Noodle attempt number 2, with homemade pesto
