(ok I know really its Thursday :p)
Last week - 360.0 I had gained a pound
This week 356.6 a loss of 4 pounds. I made my 2nd goal(down 20 pounds by Halloween) by 2 pounds.
Now it's time to make a new goal just not sure what. I am closing in on a total of 50 pounds loss (4 pounds to go) bit that is a milestone more the a goal and I like to set my goals alittte longer.
I have given myself a challenge. I have given up Diet soda, even on cheat day, for the month of November. It have been one of my chuches so far as it helps kill my sweet tooth. I want to see if I can do it and also to see if I lose more weight without it. If the 2nd is true I will be saying bye so soda for longer
