Back on track

So it has been awhile sense my last update so here we go.
The 30 days with out diet soda went ok I really did not see much of a dif in weight loss so I still drink it just not nearly as much. Over the holidays I let myself stray from the diet. Not bad but really just did not stick with it. It was ok did not gain too much
Now I am back on track. Started clean the week after first of the year and been going strong. Back to over 50 pounds loss(55 as of today), started slinging the kettle-bell two weeks ago, and as of to got off my and hit the treadmill for 30 mins(1.24 miles). So the exersize will be 30 mins(to start) on the tread daily and doing the kettle-bell 3 day a week.
