Imagine the following scenario:
You are a level 30 Red Mage / level 9 Summoner (you subbed Summoner for the MP boost). With your sword in hand and your Warrior's Belt firmly attached around your waist, you set off on your mission to slay the dragon in the bowels of Yughott Grotto. Upon arriving there with your companions, you encounter a group of high-leveled adventurers. You are confident that your Shell Earrings +1 will protect you from the dragon's Fire Breath, but you would like some additional assistance.
You inquire if anyone would be available to help fight the dragon, but you are ignored.
Do you:
- Accept that most of these people probably don't have level 25 gear and probably don't want to help some random idiot with the rank 2 dragon (which is practically duoable) and look for help elsewhere, or
- Promptly insult the people gathered there for not helping you?
The first option would be the most sensible option. However, remember we are dealing with an Xbox360 user here. Hilarity ensues:
Our overly-helpful BLM took it upon himself to help this poor soul with his mission. Noting that his support job would be inappropriate given the circumstances he would be facing, the BLM decided that a quick Warp II would be in order. Perhaps Evovenom's Moogle would be of assistance in changing jobs.
Unfortunately, Evovenom did not appreciate this kind gesture and decided to summon the gods of the realm down upon this BLM:
Fortunately, our BLM had the 'Joint Protection' shield which would imbue him with the mystical powers of the JP, thus making him immune from any sort of divine retribution.
