This /tell was received on my BRD while my search flag was down. The sheer retardedness of the camp chosen and party setup (sup slashing resist on greater birds) led to my apt response. Sadly the effect was lost on him, as he didn't know what I was talking about but it "sounded bad, so i'm blacklisting you. have a nice day".
Two years ago, I would have jumped at the opportunity to be a replacement in a party similar to this as a DRK. Recently my linkshell mate pointed out how I've changed from being nice and friendly (at level 60 drk) to being cynical and sarcastic (having leveled 3 princess jobs). He concluded that this slow and gradual process was triggered by me leveling black mage.
Sky run yesterday: killed Suzaku. Boots dropped. I had the high lot until some wanker got in the alliance and niggajacked it for his BST. The irony is that both of us never intended to use it and the one whose main was MNK lotted double digits.
Assault: Working towards Pazuhawn body (acc+10 racc+10 crit hit up). 10k/20k. Note to self: Do not do Lamia #13 with someone who's 2boxing.
