Brand new season six video interviews!!!!!
Okay, so there are several of these at the source, but I wanted to pick my two faves and highlight them right here on this blog:
Garciaaaaa!!! (I've seen the spolier pics, and I'm excited for her upcoming Marilyn-blonde 'do! But still... the red is fun)
Jeez! Now I REALLY have to start watching Buffy. bluesuzanne AND KV both endorse it? It must be good.
And of course, the Gube. I don't think it's possible for him to be anything less than 1000% adorable. Like... even if he tried. *glomps*
Best things about this:
-Is it cool if I take a nap? Do I look at you or at the air vent?
-I'm Shemar Moore, ladies. My eyebrows are real nice...
-We have 44 minutes to catch the bad guy, have Thomas do this 6_6, and Shemar do, like... "heyyyy" (Yup, this sounds like a well-rounded ep to me!)
-Draw!!!

Okay so now that I've gotten that out of my system, I figure that I may as well use this spam post to talk a bit about Season 6 (while I wait for 9pm to roll around).
SECRETS OMFG
Let's start with Garcia.
First of all: GARCIA KILLS A SERIAL KILLER!?? I'm praying that this turns out to be as epic as it sounds. This mustn't be her "secret", though, because I read that hers is one of the lighter, happier secrets. So, what do I think Garcia's secret might be? Well, hers is a bit difficult to even speculate upon, because they've said it's something she's kept hidden for the entire six seasons of the show. We know she used to be a criminal (hacker) herself, and that her parents died in a car accident, but that's essentially ALL we know about her. So yeah... I could guess until the cows come home, but I don't think I'll even come close. Meh, let's guess anyway just for fun:
-Garcia is the lead singer in a punk band. (cuz I know KV can sing...)
-Garcia's parents were super rich and left her millions when they died. She's been using the $ to do something wonderfully philanthropic and Garcia-ish for the masses.
-Garcia works two jobs (the second one being a lot less srs than her BAU job) in order to help out a random friend/family member/underprivelaged child.
-She drives monster trucks in her spare time.
-She has... a secret crush on a time-traveling dinosaur? I don't know! This is too hard. I'm moving on to Morgan.
So I don't know why I'm so sure about this, but I just... see it coming. Morgan is a player, yes? This has been mentioned a lot (usually by Reid) throughout the seasons, but we never really get a chance to see it in action. Now, looking back at the S6 premiere (and the subsequent eps as well), we've seen that Morgan has developed a bit of a bond with Ellie Spicer. Fair enough. What I think is that Morgan's secret has to do with him somehow being a father. Like... he has a kid out there that he's never told the rest of the team about. Maybe he's not really involved in the kid's life and that's part of the reason why he overcompensates with Ellie... who knows? I just... I have a feeling about this one. Maybe I'm completely off the mark. Maybe he's like... a ballroom dance champion or something. wtfever.
Hotch.
We've heard from TG that Hotch's secret has something to do with the Haley fallout. This makes sense. I mean... holy crap did Hotch have a tough year in S5. Maybe the loss finally catches up with him and he becomes clinically depressed or smth? Tries to hide it from Jack/the team??? Dunno.
Then there's Prensiss.
Prentiss is like Garcia. We've been told so little about her that her secret could be ANYTHING. Just refer back to my Garcia guesses and apply the appropriate ones to Prentiss. Perhaps hers could have something to do with her family's political ties, though? Maybe she IS A MOLE FOR STRAUSS AFTER ALL!!! Damn, that would be horrible/epic. I can't decide. No wait... I can. Horrible.
Rossi.
I think Rossi's gonna get a giiiirrrrlfriennnnd! Seriously. He's already had three wives and one "girl that got away". Why not give him another love interest? He's fairly mysterious. It could work. I'd guess either this or something that has to do with his early FBI work... back when he first joined the bureau.
And of course, last but NEVER least, the deliciously squishable Supervisory Special Agent Dr. Spencer Reid.
His potential secret is the one we seem to have the most info about, though it's not exactly the most helpful info. What we know:
1) It has something to do with his "genetic past".
2) It's "a doozy"
3) It's not one of the happy secrets
So of course there's the obvious: the schizo route. I just... can't see them actually DOING this, though. There might be a scare ("Maybe he's schizophrenic, but oh wait *whew* he's actually not... sorry 'bout that!"), or maybe he THINKS he's losing it, but it's really something else... no idea. The thing is, though, in order for it to be a secret, he has to know about it. Therefore (and I kind of hate myself for thinking this) I'm gonna have to agree with 80% of the fanbase: I think it might be some sort of physical ailment. I mean, if it has to do with his genetics, then it's gotta be either mental or physical. That's the long and short of it. You can't have a schizophrenic field agent in the FBI, so... process of elimination. So what could it be? Something easily treatable I hope. :'(
Well, that sure served its time-wasting purpose! If anyone reads this (and you enjoy CM like I do) tell me what YOU think the team's S6 secrets might be. Do you think I'm completely out in left field?
