So, I didn't do the mass baking of mini muffins today after all due to lack of time/change of plans. But I did manage to bake a cake for my sister's birthday - a very lemony one, her favourite kind :D It doesn't look great due to lack of decorating (she can't eat buttercream and doesn't like icing) but I'm sure it will be yummy! Ah, I'm so excited at the moment 'cause I just got off the phone booking a night's stay in a luxury apartment for me and my fiance next month - it's a surprise for his birthday, and I really can't wait for us to go now! :D

Had to work on my birthday today, which sucked a bit, but was still a good laugh at times. Teresa (the checkout supervisor) rang down to the customer service desk where I work, but Diane answered the phone. Apparently Teresa said to her "Can you pass this message onto Amy for me?" So, it was my 21st on sunday ^.^ I'm not sure I feel 21 yet though lol. I didn't do a great deal to celebrate, just went out the saturday night with a bunch of old school friends to town and went around 5 or 6 bars ^.^ It was fun!
