I had an hour of early morning workout, run and strength .. followed by 10+ hrs of work .. add to that an hour of ping pong and another hour of swimming .. no wonder I have less time to sleep the feel exhausted by the end of the day ..

Today it was going to be a big day. A important meeting was scheduled for the group I work for. We went out for breakfast. Even though the breakfast buffet was lavish, I was getting bored of it after 3 days. It was a welcome change. Today was no different. I just couldn't sleep. I woke up at 4:30am and started working. damn me. I cannot imagine doing that back home. I had do it cause, I had asked for few fixes for the demo from the home team.

I wanted to sleep, but the body clock was all messed up and I was up at 5am. I didn't wanna go online, so headed off to the Shilla Gym, which was as good as anything else.
