I came back from the 3 week vacation from India on Friday. With all the updates that I had to discuss with my cousins, It was 3am, saturday by the time I finished. Once done I got into email checking and it was breakfast time. So, I had literally skipped the sleep and I didn't have proper sleep for the last 36 hrs due to flight. 2 weeks I thought .. was too short .. 
4 weeks my manager thought .. was too long .. 
So, it was 3 weeks .. that is how long I took my vacation for the India trip. 
Except climbing the chamundi hills and the hike .. I have pretty much  checked off the list I had ..

It has been more than 36 hrs since i landed, and the fight to overcome jetlag has began. It fscking cold here, probably it will break the lowest record. I walk like a drunk, so fscking drowsy in the afternoon, and i bet even a glass a pure caffine wont let me keep my eyes wide open.

As always, the departing day is always filled with emotions running out of control. The deities were performed, loaded my luggage into a non- A/c Toyota Qualis. I slept for most of the way. One reaching Bangalore, felt the full scale of road traffic and pollution. It is easier said than done, but I hope something will be done to the infrastructure ( Read more... )
