I've done about three things on break so far:
- Watch Moomin
- Drink tons of tea and coffee
- Origami
Doing all three at the same time is best. It's the magic solution to stress. I bought fifteen bottles for the origami stars I've made. I've made about 500 stars in the past week. Now I have hand cramps, but it's worth it. They're Christmas gifts for my aunt, cousin and some friends. I think they turned out pretty well, but it's sort of a fact that colorful stars, no matter the quality, look pretty in a bottle.

The colorful one is for my cousin Ashley, the black and white one is for my aunt.
I got back my grades for the semester. Overall, I'm disappointed. It's been my worst semester yet. Two As and three Bs. I got an A in Japanese, though, and I suppose that's all that really matters. I was so sure I was going to get a B.
Yesterday was a marvelous day. I hung out with some family friends I hadn't seen in some years, played DDR, taught the girls how to make lucky stars and ate Baklava and rice pudding. I love baklava and rice pudding. SO MUCH.
Have a nice Holiday season, everyone!
