All in all, not an especially exciting New Year's.  Spent the first part of the day watching Jessy, and then took her and myself to the hospital to visit with Ariel.  We spent the rest of the day there, until we got thrown out at 8:30.  Since then we've been watching X-Files and Friends and preparing to drink our apple cider.

Hey all.  YAY!  It's New Year's!!

I'll put up all my reflecty stuff (hey, it's High Holidays, even *I* get a little serious then) later, because school and work has refused to stop just because I took a holiday.

I'd forgotten how much I loved German pancakes.  God, lunch was amazing.  German pancakes with Nutella.  Life is complete.

My German host-mom said she'd teach me how to make them next time, so I can do it in America.  :D
