I've had a couple of experience recently where I've thought about that. A couple of years ago, I wouldn't have cared if I died. Drop the bombs, let me die in a car accident. I wouldn't have cared. My grandma is dead.

I'm sad. I'm crying. I cried harder today than I have in a long time, but now my tears are slow. She's better this way. But what gets me is this:

Today was the first day of school! Despite all the time I spent lying in bed worrying last night, it actually went really well. Which I knew it would.
