Here we are again

Well, it's the end of another day. A good day though! Quite surprising for a Monday, wouldn't you say? A lot happened today. Let me start from the beginning.

Anna came over and we sold books back to the school. I got more than I thought I would from the stingy Maricopa Community College people! About $140, so I'm very happy! That puts me right back on track for Fanime! With my last paycheck, I'll have more than enough for the trip, more than I thought even! Anna even has more spending money too. It's a good feeling. So we decided to go buy a cheap McDonald's soda.

After we bought our soda, we were heading out of the parking lot when I notice this cop car. Looking to the left, across a lot of empty parking lot, I see two white vans and an empty stretcher being pulled out from the back of the one most to the North. Nothing too strange, right? Well, they pull another stretcher out, this one with something wrapped up in a blue tarp and secured to the stretcher with two straps, one at the top, one at the bottom. The bottom of the tarp looked like it had something jutting up from it. Feet? Naw, it couldn't be. I mentioned it to Anna and she couldn't see them. Then they pulled another stretcher out. I made a left turn and traversed across the parking lot, driving slowly as we both gawked at the sight. That stretched had a blue tarp too. Could they really be bodies? Our suspicions grew. As we watched, they pulled out two more stretchers, each with blue tarps. There was an insignia on the door of the white van and we strained to read what it was. We turned back onto the 'road' of the parking lot to get closer. It read, 'Medical Examiner'. I kid you not. The Medical Examiner's office was moving bodies around in the parking lot of an abandoned Target store. They had to be bodies, comeing from a van like that. They were certainly the right shape. We turned again down another aisle and stared. On the ground beside the first stretcher was an orange bag. We all know those are for holding possessions, evidence, etc. They started putting the bodies on stretchers into the other white van, also marked with the seal of the Medical Examiner's office. It also said it in bold words uinderneath the seal. Oh, by they, I mean the six to ten people in dark blue jumpsuit things, like CSI people wear on the TV shows, you know? It was so wierd! Totally made my day though! I mean, come one! How often do you see bodies being moved in broad daylight, in the center of an epty parking lot, no less! We think the van must have broken down in transit and they were changing the stiffs to the other van to get them to where they needed to go. That's the most logical. We enjoyed the thoughts of conspiracy and theft more though XD It's prime story material, hahaha.

We forgot a book, so we headed back to the new house. We picked Mom up on the way home, so she could eat lunch in relative peace. On the way, we notice these two guys in cop uniforms walking away from some apartments carrying these HUGE cameras on top of tripods. That got our attention. Then we noticed the cop cars parked along the street. There was a lone cop talking to a woman by a for rent sign, close to the street. Further back were two men sitting hand-cuffed on the ground, cops behind and in front of them, and an open door in the very back. Other cops were just walking around doing stuff. It was very strange! Mom wondered aloud if it could have had something to do with the bodies back in Target, because we'd told her about them. Unlikely, but it got my story mind churning lol. We speculated about rampant disease and whatnot then went home.

A while later we had to take Mom back to work, so we got in the car, Anna holding Lorien and Ilde and I start to drive. All of a sudden Anna looks around and says something like, "Where is my- Oh! Stop gently!" I thought it had to have something to do with the dolls, because she looked at them last, and I didn't stop as gently as I could have. I was worried about losing something from the dolls, haha. Ever since her wig flew out the window, I try to be more careful when it comes to the dolls and the car. Anyway, I stop. The car jerks slightly. A cup of soda falls, spilling all down the windshield of the car as we stare. That's what we do in silence for the next ten seconds. Stare. Blankly. Then we burst into laughter. It was really funny XD My car needed a wash anyway. We got one after we dropped mom off and picked up Hannah and sold back my last book.

Then I watched like... four episodes of Triangle, a j-dorama, today and was way happy! It's a very good show! I love detectives XD This shwo has a way of convincing you of one thing, while leaving enough info unavailable that you begin to doubt, and bring about the result in a strange, but completely effective way. You'd have to see it. I'm really in love with the characters! I hope Kurosuke doesn't do something stupid and completely waste Murosuke's sacrifice. I hope Goda didn't really kill her. I cried with Sachi about her brother. It's a very good dorama. Highly recommend it! A++ material. The ending theme is addictive too x.x It's constantly in my head. I'm gonna memorize it. I have the karaoke version too lol. I'm listening to the song right now, trying to help Hannah fall asleep. She has a final tomorrow, poor thing. Chemistry, ugh. Anyway, Triangle leave sme feeling really happy and content. Serene? Fulfilled? Combine those last three and you'll get the warm cat with milk feeling I get after finishing most of their episodes.

And that's it! Ashley is leaving early tomorrow morning. She has ot be at the airport at 4:30 in the morning. Yuck.
I'm gonna shower and hit the sack now.
