This is another tasty recipe using pork tenderloins.
1-1 1/2 lb (450-700g) pork fillet, sliced
2 level tbsps seasoned flour
2 medium onions, sliced
2 oz (1/4 cup) oil
2 green peppers (capsicums), deseeded and sliced
1/4 lb (125g) mushrooms, sliced
14 oz (400g) can of tomatoes
Salt and pepper
