They're talking on the news about "The Choking Game". Dumb shit kids who intentionally strangle themselves for a brief euphoric feeling, usually killing themselves in the process. That anybody even came up with this idea in the first place is bad enough, but that it seems to be fairly popular among kids and teens just shows that there is no hope left for humanity.
