The dust has settled from Oscar's arrival to a point - he's looking around more, more expressive, and all his bodily functions seem to be up and running just fine! I can change a diaper, sometimes before Oscar objects too strongly, and he drowses long enough that Elizabeth and I managed to sit down for a sometimes-one-handed game of Dominion last ( Read more... )

I got my H1N1 shot today, it was so fast - the longest part was the waiting afterward (15 minutes to make sure nothing untoward happens), followed by walking between the various desks one must check in at, followed by removing my coat, and then actually getting the shot. Less than two days after Dawkins the TiBook died, I've moved my upgrade plans (slated for the fall) up a few months and acquired/dubbed/posted from GaussMalaclypse1 the MacBook.
