...been occasionally seeing my userpic as...I think it's a cosplayer with dyed blond hair in a red kimono holding a belt or something up to his or her eye?

This is a known problem, but I'd read on some support page that it had been fixed. And yes, I've cleared my cache multiple times. I haven't noticed any of your userpics being strange.

...I noticed this while listening to my iPod today.
