I got the JOB!!! I did not think it would happen this quickly. I was prepared for months of searching. I'm really excited, but also kind of terrified. I start on Thursday, and I'm worried that something will happen between now and then, and they'll be like, "Sorry, we made a mistake." I'm also already worrying about being fired. Jeez, I'm always so negative about everything. This is a good thing, and I must stop my brain from thinking about the bad stuff.
I think I'll like this job a lot better than the last one. It's another small office, so I'm used to that. The commute will be a lot longer, but I don't really mind driving. I don't know if I really should talk about money, but what the hell - I will be making $4,000 more a year than my previous job, plus working fewer hours and having a flexible schedule. I really hope this job works out. If it does, I can actually grow and advance with the organization.
