If living is the problem, well that's just baffling

-I had job interview #2 today with the HR person. Unfortunately, it wasn't a phone interview, and I had to go downtown. I was incredibly nervous about taking the train, but there weren't any problems. I always have such anxiety about taking public transportation. I was more worried about the train than I was about the interview. Anywho, I think the interview went pretty well. Before I actually did the interview, I had to do a computer test on Excel, PowerPoint and Word. I think I aced the PowerPoint one (which is funny because I never even use it). I did shitty on Excel and not so great with Word, which was frustrating because I use it all the time and should have done way better. They're still interviewing people for the position, and I should hopefully find out next week. I think I have a good chance, but that computer test probably hurt me. I bet the others interviewees have better computer skills.

-I saw even more cicadas today. They were crazy loud. I had to walk a long way to get from the parking lot to the train station, and on my way there, I walked through a wooded area. Cicadas kept flying in my face and then landing on me. Ugh, it was very unpleasant and disgusting. I started getting paranoid that they were going to fly down my shirt or get stuck in my hair. I hate when bugs touch me.

-My feet are killing me. My big toes are really hurting, and I have blisters on the back of my heels. I had to wear heels all day and do a fair amount of walking. They only started to really hurt as I got off the train and walked to my car. I was so hot and sweaty all day too. It's about 90 degrees out, and I had on a black suit. I feel like I need a shower.

-I'm hungry for dinner, but we don't have much food in the house and our oven isn't even working. I ate some frosting as soon as I got home. I used to hate frosting when I was little, but now I love it. There was only a little bit left over from when I made cupcakes, so I just went for it. I don't know where my mom or sister are. Hopefully they'll bring dinner home with them.
