the tv is a samsung. i don't think its a smart tv or hdtv or anything like that. basically i want to know which cables go where, because the wii has the traditional red/white/yellow plugs, but my tv only has 2 red plugs, a white, a green, and a blue plug. which ones get substituted?

My dad has one of those (US) government issue phones as a retired vet, but he always has trouble when it's time to add new minutes each month even with the instructions. i always thought that since they're "automatic" they add the minutes FOR YOU, but no. he tries to call the toll-free number but can never get to speak with a human being.
