Today is the first of those post-injury days. I'm not limping (though my ankle is still a little bit swollen, and I can't fully point or flex my foot as far as I normally can) and it FEELS fine. I'm all like, I wanna do some indoor bike riding! It's Sunday, that's what we do on weekends!
No. Incorrect. You can sit in this coffee shop and do some freelance work. And then you can sit on the couch with movies and not suddenly use your foot a lot. Other acceptable activities including showering, napping, reading, and cooking.
You can do some on-the-floor and mostly upper-body yoga if you really want.
