My lower body feels really limber lately. From contortion, presumably.
Like.. yeah, there's usually still a day of slight to moderate soreness after we do leg days with intense splits stretches, but the soreness lasts a shorter time, and then after that, I just feel like... I dunno, fluid?
It's interesting because I've done yoga for awhile and am somewhat flexible, so it's not like I was sore or achy or something before, and that's probably why this is the sort of thing that you couldn't have told me about until I noticed it myself. Not noticing that you aren't as limber as you can be, because you're limber enough. Or something. But yeah, it's definitely noticeable. Which is also weird to say, because it's sort of subtle at the same time. Noticeable but subtle. Or maybe a small amount more flexible that happens to translate into *feeling* like it's a huge difference.
So. That's cool. Liking that.
