We drove out to lovely Central Valley last night to visit the UC Davis California Raptor Center today. They don't allow you to visit the birds who are being rehabbed; however, the birds that can not be released after rehab are visitable ( Read more... )

When BF & I were in London the first weekend of December 2010, it was a miserable weather experience. We did a lot of walking around, but we also spent more time than usual in our hotel room.
