a lasting though minor problem after hearing and seeing things while going through a depression is that the questioning of certain minor perceptions remains. distrusting your own mind is...not helpful. but at the same time, somewhat liberating in that accepting things as they are and relinquishing control is helpful. helpful for becoming like ( Read more... )
