Especially since I didn't feel like exercising today and cleaning house can actually burn a lot of calories. First of all, a quick update on my weight loss. So far I'm down about five pounds, in about five months. I'm okay with this. There are serious health risks to losing weight rapidly, and I'd rather not go that direction. For the most part I'm exercising for 20-30 minutes Monday through Friday, usually doing Wii Fit. Actually, my apartment isn't freezing. It's 68 degrees, but I'm also wearing two pairs of socks (one pair regular cotton and the other pair fleece), my Doc Martins, Jeans, a long sleeved shirt and a zip up hoodie.
