Derek didn't think he had been in the bathroom that long. Christmas Eve had been spent relaxing in the luxury hotel. Sam had her day in the spa but he needed a shower before calling it a night. The fun had apparently started without him. He stood naked and damp from the shower not far from the bed at her back. Rare was he silent but the sight before him was too good to pass up. Some would probably think that given Sam's past, she wouldn't like a man being rough with her but she was quite the opposite when it came to Derek. She felt completely safe with him and because of that, she was able to let her guard down with so many things. She usually let him set the pace of either being rough and wild or soft and romantic but if she needed the latter, she wouldn't have any problem letting him know ( ... )
