Summary: Everything happened on a Friday
A/N: I don't think any of this actually happened, but seeing as we know nothing about Kurt's mom, I guessed!
His parents met on a Friday and two years later got married on a Friday. Then five years into that marriage, their son, Kurt, was born on a Friday. He said his first word, “Mommy”, on a Friday and then his second, “Daddy” later that day. His first play was on a Friday and his first musical was on a Friday. For the first part of his life, everything happened on a Friday.
But not all of those things were good. His father broke his leg, the Friday after Kurt’s first play. Kurt got his first boo-boo on a Friday. The first time Kurt got picked on was a Friday afternoon and the first time he got pushed was that same day. Then his mother got sick on a Friday. A year later, his mother died on a Friday. From that day on, Kurt never let anything happen on Fridays.
The only thing Kurt does on Friday is go to school, but that's after a long fought argument with his father. They agreed that Kurt would go to school, but then he could come home and spend the rest of the day next to his mother's dresser. He doesn't break this rule until one Friday junior year when Puck stops him after school one day. Kurt wants to get away because it's a Friday and nothing can happen on Fridays but Puck doesn't move, instead he asks Kurt out and as much as Kurt wants to say yes, he can't because it can't happen on a Friday. He tells Puck that he can't answer today, but if he calls him tomorrow, he'll answer. Puck just gives him a confused look as Kurt all but runs out of school. So, thankfully, nothing happens on Friday.
Saturday Puck does call him and Kurt answers. They go out that Sunday. A month later, Puck brings Kurt flowers to celebrate their one month anniversary, he still doesn't know why Kurt won't do anything on Fridays. At their one year anniversary, Kurt finally tells Puck why nothing can happen on a Friday. Puck just smiles and never asks Kurt to do anything on a Friday again. However, a year later, on their two year anniversary, Puck asks Kurt to marry him. Three months later, Kurt and Puck adopt a daughter on a Sunday.
Ten years later, Kurt's dad dies on the Friday before Kurt and Puck's ten year anniversary. They don't do anything that Friday. They go to Burt's funeral the following Friday. Afterwords, Puck and Kurt go to Kurt's old house, and sit next to his mother's old dresser. That Sunday, they move the dresser into their new house so Kurt can still sit by it every Friday.
