Hello Everyone.
So this is a new month and a new you. Whatever you did last month. Put that behind you. This is the month to do things right. I know you might be saying. (''but the Holidays are coming.!!!") That is true. But you don't have to over do it by eating everything you see. Just eat in moderation and don't over do it. In the end, everything will workout for you.
Last month I felt that I didn't really accomplish anything. I was sick and I felt that I was slacking off when I got better.
But this is a new month and a new me. I am staying focus and motivated. I am not going to throw away the months of working out that I did. Yes I am starting over. But I am starting over my mindset,my motivation and determination. I am not go to give in or give up for that matter.
Things that I need to work one. First and most important is to work on my food intake, i.e. dieting. That for me is the hardest battle of them all. I feel that I am hungry all the time. What can I do for me to stop feeling that way. Any advice are welcome. I need to learn more about food. The good and the bad. Next. I need to step up my exercise game. It is getting colder and I have to work even harder to get in shape and get fit. So I must keep on training. I want to be a different size come summer.
Third. STAYING MOTIVATED!! I must keep myself motivated and focus. I have to remember why I am on this journey. I am not doing this for $h!t and giggles.
(Please pardon my language) But this is my life that I am changing. I am in for the long haul.
This month here is my forth month and I am fired up. I am writing my list and checking it twice. I want to write down my goals for this month and my plans and things to do.
My first goal is really to get back in the groove of things. I also want to go to my gym daily. I must train, train, train, fight, fight , fight!!!!
With that being said. I am not going to give up. That would be too easy.
I'm going to give it my all and FIGHT!!!!
