Hi-Hi
It is Monday once again. Time to go back to work. October is almost over and Halloween is right here. SO today I went to the gym and I had a great workout. I can now jog for 3mins long. I wanted to try it out and I did. felt great. I can do 10mins on the elliptical machine too. I still have a long way to go. But Today I felt brand new for some reason. I felt that I was back on track. In two weeks I will be measuring myself to see if I lost anymore inches. I am looking forward to that. Tomorrow I am going to the gym and I am going to try to use the free weights. I want to do the free weights on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I want to try something different. It is good to change your exercises now and then. It keeps me on my toes. lol
November is coming and the holidays are near. I'm not to worried about the food over the holidays. I wasn't ever a big eater anyways. But in any case. everyone enjoy your holidays and eat in moderation .Don't over eat or over do it. But it is ok to eat what you like. Just don't eat a pound of this and a pound of that. Just enjoy yourself and be happy. Yes I did have a slice a pie but that's ok. I didn't have a whole pie and that what counts. Don't deprive yourself. Know your limits and it is ok to say no.I hope that helps.
