Here's John, who now lives in FL, sporting his new Bear Tartan box-pleated kilt. He wore it to the Suncoast Squares' fly-in over the Valentine's weekend and was, apparently a big hit! He tells me that he loves the kilt (and that makes me happy)
Hello all. My latest kilt creation - and my first in wool fabric. The photo below is of the Boston guy I made the kilt for. He is Master of Whisky and brand ambassador for one of the largest Scotch breweries in the world. The tartan is called the Chattahoochee tartan - commissioned by the City of Roswell, GA just before the '96 Olympics.
Ahhh, I debuted my first kilt at the square dance club night tonight! It is a handsewn 7.6-yard, 12-oz. blue denim kilt, made in the traditional design (except the non-tartan fabric).
