So I went to bed approximately 1am with a thumping headache and barely acknowledged my partner's gentle goodbye kiss when she left to make the weekly trek to Brisbane with her Dad for his cancer treatment at 10AM. Well, even though the novel seems to be stalled at the moment, I did finish the sip length story and it comes in at 5,323 words so that leaves plenty of room if I need to add words to it when it comes to editing. It will probably go for the Toybox: Oil anthology in October.
