Sleep! Did I!

So I went to bed approximately 1am with a thumping headache and barely acknowledged my partner's gentle goodbye kiss when she left to make the weekly trek to Brisbane with her Dad for his cancer treatment at 10AM. The next time I opened my eyes and felt even mildly awake it was 1:01PM! 12 hours is very unlike me.

I guess I must have accumulated a sleep debt.

Awake now, having my coffee, and then I am going to write. See if I can get a little closer to the 30k target.

No headache so far...
