I have come to the conclusion that "baka" is entirely the wrong word to be using, given what it means. Thanks to a_t_fields for getting me the right word. (Even though I'm reasonably certain I'm saying the whole thing rather clumsily.) Hence:

Got back on the weight loss wagon after two weeks of being unable to racewalk properly (partially due to an intermittent inflamed nerve in my leg, and partially due to taking a flight of stairs too damn fast for my knee to be willing to deal with. Stepped it up today from one mile per day (for two days) at moderate intensity last week to two miles per day (in one hour, hopefully to be three days) at moderate intensity this week, starting today. (Moderate intensity meaning I have enough breath to talk - maybe - while doing this, but definitely not enough breath to sing.)
