Stepped it up today from one mile per day (for two days) at moderate intensity last week to two miles per day (in one hour, hopefully to be three days) at moderate intensity this week, starting today. (Moderate intensity meaning I have enough breath to talk - maybe - while doing this, but definitely not enough breath to sing.)
I'm not in pain. But oh man am I out of breath. Feels pretty good, though, oddly enough. :-)
So... okay. Low(er) resistance, high rep; got it.
Drawing a line in the sand at the eight gazillion calories, though; 'cause unlike some people I could mention (who may or may not ever check this post to see that I'm talking about him in front of his back, heehee), I do not happen to have a hollow leg. ;-)
